Spoke to George on the phone and he was very friendly from the get go. He had me send videos and pictures of the large items so he could give me an accurate quote which was very helpful because I knew my price would no go up anymore than it needs to. The guys that came for my things were very friendly and professional. Got all my things and although there was a bit of a struggle getting things up the stairs, they didn’t complain at all.One of the doors and some drawers on the large items (wardrobe) broke, but that was because of how narrow my hallway was and was due to no fault of theirs.Very happy with the service!!

Great service for my recent move in SE1 - the 2 moving men arrived a few minutes early to start loading the van, were friendly and professional the whole morning. I had total confidence that my belongings were being treated with care. George was responsive and flexible with the final invoice at the end of the move, which took 30 mins longer than estimated, but I wasn’t charged for the full extra hour. Would 100% use again for my next move!

Moved 14th Jan. Was one of the few van services that offered allowing us to ride with the van, which is what we needed to avoid paying for extra waiting charges due to delays as we were commuting. In addition to that, the price and our driver, Effi (might be the wrong spelling) was just over the top nice and understanding. 10/10

I found moving with GMOVES an excellent experience. I was moving from one end of England to the other and it all went super smoothly. I threw plenty of challenges towards George but he dealt with them all in a profession manner. his costs were competitive and his communication was always very responsive no matter what time of day. The removal men turned up on time and were quick to load the van up. Would definitely recommend.

Really great experience with GMove!They offered the best quote for what I needed (a very large amount of boxes and items) including insurance. Booking was very easy and reassuring via WhatsApp messages. Any question was replied straight away! I think moving is very stressful and I wanted a reliable company for my items to be taken with care, whiteout spending a fortune.Gmoves was the perfect choise!The van men came even earlier than booked and they took care of the loading and unloading with professionalism.I had plants and big canvases and they all arrived in perfect conditions as they were fixed with stripes in the van.I am very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend it for a stress free moving!

I found GMoves online and filled out an enquiry form. George called me within minutes and arranged my move for me at very short notice after another company let me down. He made the whole process really simple and was very helpful. I was moved by Francisco and his assistant. They were amazing and helped me take apart my bed when I couldn’t! They took great care of all my belongings and were cheerful throughout. I would recommend this company, especially as woman moving on her own in a new city. The communication has been great and I felt really looked after. It’s hard to find a company to trust but I would definitely use this one again and you should do the same!

Had a great experience with Gmoves! I moved from London to Kent - the two guys were efficient and friendly. They took great care of my belongings, including my monitor, 42” TV, and bike. I chose to disassemble and reassemble the furniture myself, but the service is included in the hourly rate if needed. Would recommend!
